The main aim of this course is to provide a broad foundation and understanding of how to create a variety of iconic global dishes and also to teach you excellent food plating, styling and photography techniques. All of these will help you to create that masterpiece of a plated meal. This course will equip you well enough to make a simple dish precisely and efficiently while being able to identify flavours and balance seasoning.
