OVERVIEW

The main aim of this course is to provide a broad foundation and understanding of how to create a variety of iconic global dishes and also to teach you excellent food plating, styling and photography techniques. All of these will help you to create that masterpiece of a plated meal.  This course will equip you well enough to make a simple dish precisely and efficiently while being able to identify flavours and balance seasoning.  

  • Course Length: 12 weeks
  • Format: Hybrid (90% in person, 10% online)

Weekday: Wednesdays and Fridays 

  • Morning Session: Time: 9am -1pm 
  • Afternoon Session: 3pm -7pm

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • Meet the basic educational requirements for enrollment
  • Wear closed shoes for all practical classes
  • Have notebooks/pens/pencil for all classes
  • Turn in assignments at given times
  • Take pop quizzes and tests
  • Register and make payment.
  • Payment plans can be arranged (at least 50% upfront) but all payment must be paid halfway through the program
